[The feed starts off with a small thud: someone managed to knock the journal to the ground in her sleep. The actual image only shows the roof of a room, and the only thing that can actually be heard is an occasional pained whimper and, rarely, unintelligible, quiet mumbling that vaguely sounds like someone trying to mutter someone's name.

So. KNOCKING LOUDLY.]
Nu!?

...Though considering she spoke - kind of, anyway - after that thud? She's probably still conscious, at least.]

...And, she sees that Nu has indeed fallen out of the bed.]
Oh no! Are you all right? [By which she of course means 'are you significantly more injured than before your fall?']
Let me help you! [Still panicking, she darts over to assess the damage and try to help Nu up.]

Tsubaki won't get an answer to that question right away, but rather after the silver-haired Murakumo unit's not stuck lying on the ground anymore. Even then, though, all she'll get is an almost imperceptible nod.
...Which may or may not be a lie, because ow. Though it's... kind of hard to tell if the pain's caused by the fall just now or if it's just the wound again. Um.]

...Are you sure you don't want me to call you a doctor? [Because she would really really like to.]

... [Well... she's not objecting to the idea of calling a doctor, at least. And as they say... silence gives consent.]

...I'll take that as a 'Yes you may call one.'
[Excuse her for a moment; she'll just be grabbing Nu's journal and calling for medical assistance before Nu can change her mind... or, to put it more accurately, before Nu can actually object.]

She'll just... wait until Tsubaki's done for now. Yep. That'll do.]

...Bad dreams again?

...Affirmative. [That whole "nearly killing herself and Ragna by impaling them both with a sword" thing sort of stirred up some rather unpleasant memories for her. Though that's something she doesn't really want to elaborate on.]
Reply
...So Tsubaki will just sit down next to her for support until medical help arrives.]
Reply
...Though she appreciates the fact that Tsubaki seems to care, at least. Even if that's not something she'll say out loud.]

Hello?

Hello -- thank you for coming! [She stands aside so Litchi can come in.]
It's this way. [She's talking quickly, so its obvious that she's pretty anxious as she leads the way to Nu's room.]

She'll be fine, Miss Yayoi. This should take no time at all. What's the extent of the injury?
[And she stops once she sees the Murakumo unit. It's a little strange seeing her in a dress rather than her armor.]
Reply
It's very serious. In fact, I almost can't believe that- [No. She really can't finish that sentence.]
Well, her abdomen was pierced, somehow... and the wound is rather big.
