[Today, ν-13 can be found... not at the western lake, nor in the forest, but in the village itself, cautiously wandering around and taking note of all the sudden wingless arrivals. There's something awfully familiar about this, like it happened before, but... she can't quite seem to pinpoint what the reason for

[Hey, wait a minute... that kid actually looks kind of familiar. Hopefully he doesn't mind if she stares for a little bit while she tries to figure out why he looks familiar.]

[... She's staring right back! Brb ducking.]

...? [Why'd he duck? He's not scared of her, is he?]

[Not really, just shy. He hasn't seen anyone like her before.]

[Hmm. Well, if he's not going to stop ducking, she'll direct her attention at something else for a little while to see if that will help. It's not impossible that her staring might be what triggered that reaction, after all.

...That child really looked suspiciously familiar, though. Hmm.]

[He looks out at her again, curious. Once she's not looking though, he slowly comes out, trying to get a better look at her.]

[You do that, kid. She'll just stare at something else unless he happens to address her or... walks directly in front of her or something like that.]

[Probably not going to address her directly, but he's not familiar with this place and he isn't looking at where he's going so--- brb tripping over a rock.] Aaah!!

[...He tripped. He... wow. Okay, that she didn't exactly expect to happen.

...

Well. Uh. Might as well walk over to him and hold out a hand to help him out, right?

...This feels oddly familiar.]

[blink. He takes that hand in surprise, looking up at her.] Thank you.

[Waaaait a minute... up close like this, he looks even more familiar. And while that voice sounded a bit different, it's still similar. Here's hoping he doesn't mind being stared at in confusion!

She'll let go of his hand before speaking up, of course.]

...Ted? [The Malnosso aren't de-aging people again in addition to all of the new arrivals, are they...?]

[He looks at her in surprise, then confusion. Huh?] You know me?

Um... Not really. But you really look a lot like someone I know! And his name's Ted, too.

[When all else fails... let's just see if she can avoid mentioning the whole "hi, I know an older version of you" thing. Here's hoping this will actually works.]
