[Yet again, ν-13 found herself waking up in a different area than the one she had fallen asleep in: this time, she awakened in the forest, of all places. But unlike last time, that at least made sense - the week was up, wasn't it? She and Noel probably finally switched back, then. Either that, or someone moved or teleported her while she was asleep, but given that she felt different than during the past week as well, the former seems more likely. Somehow, that familiar sickening feeling almost seemed comforting; it was a good indicator that they really had switched back. While she was in Noel's body, she never had to deal with it, after all.
Something still seemed different, though. Compared to how she remembers the forest from the time when she'd still practically lived in it, everything seemed... bigger. Either that, or she shrunk. And her outfit was... different. A white sundress? While it's this cold outside? Odd, but nothing too stra-
-wait a damn minute. Her vision was a little bit fuzzy, but she could definitely see out of her right eye. So...
...Where the hell was her eyepatch? Don't tell her Noel lost it.
For a moment, she contemplated asking Noel about this using the journal, but as she went to actually write a filtered message to her, she found herself interrupted by a rather violent coughing fit. Huh. Maybe it'd be better if she went to somewhere warm before doing anything else... she'd rather avoid worsening this any further. Besides, stuck in the forest or not, it shouldn't take that long to make it back to her apartment, right?]
[...Alright, so thinking she'd make it back fast was a huge mistake. Walking back to the village from the forest turned out to be a lot more difficult than she expected - sure, at least she had her hovering ability to speed things up a little, but the cold plus the fact she honestly felt sick and... kind of tired made focusing on finding the way awfully troublesome for her. Eventually, though, she finally makes it back to the village (or the northern edge of it, anyway), after several hours of walking, but... at this point, she's feeling a little too tired to go on. Why the hell was she getting fatigued so fast? This is ridiculous.
So, rather than keep going, she decides to sit down under a tree near the river (about
here), put her journal down next to her, and pull her legs closer to herself. Maybe if she just rests for a little while, she'll have the energy to make it the rest of the way without collapsing due to fatigue.
In other words... In the norther area of the town, there's a
little silver-haired girl with a
seriously strange-looking right eye who looks no older than 10 at the most huddled up under a tree near the river. Someone help her out? Or at least give her a blanket. The poor girl really looks like she's freezing.]
[ooc: Most tags will be coming from
temperedchaos. I'll still be answering tags on her last post, but I figured I might as well get this up now since it's kind of time-sensitive.
If anyone's wondering what's going on, ν-13 and Noel switched back, but the former was almost immediately physically de-aged once the switch was reversed. Mentally, she's the same as always - she just happens to be stuck as a ten-year-old girl for the time being.]
