Nikola had a pretty good today. When I picked him up at CAR they told me that he tried to put a nickel in the vending machine but then got frustrated after nothing happened. Other than that he did all right, he actually sat with the rest of the group and did an art project, although I don't know what that project exactly was.
There was a special on CBS about and Indian doctor that had developed a new method for teaching autistic kids to spell and put together thoughts into sentence form. It was interesting to watch although it didn't seem like it was anything that could benefit Nikola. My mom cried after watching it because of a comment that one child made about his mother.
