Surgery Update
Well I had my surgery about 12 hours ago. Everything seemed to go fine. I had lots of scar tissue and some cists they removed and they did the lateral release. I am on lots of vicadin but couldn't sleep, possibly because I had to go to the restroom for the 100th time. I have not seen the knee yet, but I am bruised all the way up to my thigh already and I have to take a vicadin every three hours becuase the pain shoots up the left part of my leg. The doc said it'll be about 3 months before I am fully better but is going to work hard to get me ready to at least go back to school, maybe by giving me a handicap plaque. Anyway, I wanted to thank those you commented and let everyone know I am doing ok. I hope everyone is doing fine and if you're in Denver or close to me, come visit me, I'd like the company, feeling a little lonely and will when my mom has to go back to her regular work schedule... Anyway, feeling dopey, nauseated, and light head...time to go lay back down...
