1. Study group
Sho looked at the children who gathered in his living room. He wondered if Asami had agreed to watch all of them. He went to find his wife in the kitchen.
“Are you watching the kids for their parents?” he asked when he saw her. She looked at him.
“Oh, you mean the kids? They have a study group. Seemed like they started it out of blue and Tarou had agreed to teach them” she explained. Sho raised his eye brows. His son had agreed to teach his friends? This is something that he must see, he thought. He quickly poured the juice into the glasses and brought them to the living room. He saw Takeshi was already asleep with his head on the desk, Kazuki was concentrated on his DS, while Ryutarou seemed to have trouble with his exercise and kept on bugging Shotarou. The only person who behaved was Jaiko who seemed to concentrate on her exercise. Sho sighed and shook his head. Somehow he felt the scenery will be the same if he decided to have a study group with their fathers, he thought as he walked towards the children.
2. Trip to the zoo.
Ryutarou was bouncing as he ran towards the rhino’s cage. He stared at the big rhino through the cage with amazement. Shotarou, Kazuki, Takeshi and Jaiko were panting when they finally catched up with him. The five children stuck their face through the gate and stared at the rhino.
“I want to ride it!” Ryutarou exclaimed. The other four children stared at him.
“No, you can’t! It’s dangerous and you will get hurt!” Shotarou said.
“But papa had ridden on it once and he said its fun!” Ryutarou retorted.
“That’s because you’re papa is not normal” Kazuki said, smirking.
“No, he’s not! My papa is cool and brave!” Ryutarou shouted back and both boys started to bicker. Jaiko looked at Takeshi who stood beside her.
“Take-chan, do you want to watch the penguins?” she asked. Takeshi nodded and they started walking, leaving Shotarou who was trying to stop the quarrel between Ryutarou and Kazuki.
3. First crush
Jaiko went to get Shotarou who was concentrated on his work. She was holding a paper. Noticing that Jaiko was staring at his work, Shotarou looked at her and smile.
“What’s wrong, Jaiko-chan?” he asked. Jaiko smiled sheepishly as she handed him the paper that she was holding.
“This is for you” she said, blushing. Shotarou looked at her, puzzled but nevertheless still took the paper. There was a drawing of a boy on it.
“Is it me?” he asked. Jaiko nodded.
“It’s cute! Thank you, Ko-chan!” he said and kissed her cheek. Jaiko’s cheek turned redder. While Ryutarou and Kazuki stared at the little couple with wide eyes before started to tease them.
“Sho, what did your son just do to my daughter?!” Jun asked in furious. Sho just grinned.
“He just kissed her. It is as a sign of gratitude for the picture” he said. Jun watched as Jaiko walked back to her place with a wide smile and her hand was on the left cheek where Shotarou had kissed her just now. He couldn’t believe his daughter had already grown up and she even had a crush.
4. The best papa!
“My papa is the best!” Kazuki declared.
“No, mine is the best!” Shotarou shouted. Kazuki glared at him.
“My papa can do magic! What can Sho ji-chan do?” he asked.
“Papa is the best MC in Japan!”
“Huh? MC’s work is just talking. That’s not even great!” Kazuki retorted.
“He can rap! Papa looks cool when he rap! Nino ji-chan cannot rap!” Shotarou said proudly. Kazuki pouted.
“My papa can play game for hours and he looks cute while playing game!” he said and the bickering continued until Takeshi came and join them.
“My papa goes fishing on the boat for 25 hours, getting suntanned and turned dark. Even after being scolded by mama and his boss, he still goes fishing and getting dark” he said. Shotarou and Kazuki looked at him.
“Toshi ji-chan is amazing!” Shotarou said. Kazuki nodded.
“Being scolded is scary yet he still going and get scolded over and over again” he said. Takeshi grinned.
“Papa is fearless!” he exclaimed proudly.
