x Summary: Set in Papa Arashi's universe, where all of them are fathers. Aiba Ryutarou has a crush and his father is very excited about it.
Kazuki, Shotarou, Jaiko and Takeshi stared at Ryutarou. They frowned when they noticed that he hadn’t touched his lunch. It became weirder when they noticed that Sasuki had made karaage for him. A normal Ryutarou would gobble the chicken as soon as he opened his bento. However, the current Ryutarou hadn’t touched his bento and didn’t even say anything when Kazuki took one of his karaage.
“Ryu-chan, are you okay?” asked a concern Shotarou. Ryutarou stayed silent. He was staring intently at the table behind them. Kazuki noticed it and he followed the direction that Ryutarou had been staring. He smirked when he noticed there were three girls, chatting excitedly as they enjoyed their lunch. Before Kazuki managed to say something, Jaiko had slapped Ryutarou’s shoulder, waking him up from his own world. He looked at Jaiko, confusion written all over his face.
“Are you okay?” Jaiko asked.
“Yeah! Why did you asked? And why did you slap me? It’s hurt!” Ryutarou whined as he rubbed his shoulder.
“We’ve been calling your names for a while but you didn’t answer us!” Takeshi said.
“Are you sure you’re okay?” Shotarou asked again. Ryutarou nodded and took one of his karaage and nibbled it like nothing had happened. Shotarou looked at Takeshi who shrugged at him and continued eating his bento.

Kazuki grinned when he noticed Ryutarou was sitting at the corner of the playground and looking at the girls who were playing at the swings.
“Okay, tell me! Which one that you like?” he said, surprising Ryutarou.
“Geez, Kacchan! Don’t scare me like that!”
Kazuki chuckled as he sat beside Ryutarou and put his arms around him. “You can fool the others and said that it’s nothing but you cannot fool me. I know you like someone and you’ve been staring at her during lunch. Tell me! Or I tell your mother that you broke her favourite vase last week!”
“It was you! You’re the one who kicked the ball -,”
“Shush, Ryu! Just tell me which girl!” Kazuki snapped at him. Ryutarou rolled his eyes and pointed at the girl who was sitting on the swing, laughing as her friend pushed her.
“Akemi-chan? She’s cute”
He looked at Kazuki, frowning. “How did you know her name?”
Kazuki smirked. “It’s Kacchan! I know every girls name” he said smugly.

Ryutarou looked at his father who was reading a golf magazine in the living room. He strode towards Aiba and sat beside him on the couch.
“Papa”
Aiba looked at his son and smiled.
“I have something to ask” Ryutarou said slowly. Aiba noticed his son’s hesitation and closed the magazine that he was reading. His sole attention was at Ryutarou who seemed rather timid. Usually, his son would just blurt the questions no matter how weird they sound.
“What is it? You know that you can ask me anything right?” he said.
“There’s this - urm - girl. I - I think - I like her. But I don’t know what to do. I mean - she’s cute! Really cute”
Aiba smiled widely when he heard it. His son’s first crush! He silently screamed with joy.
“Aww, Ryu! You have a crush!” he said as he hugged him tightly. “What’s her name?” he asked excitedly.
“Akemi-chan. She’s really cute!” Ryutarou said. His cheeks were rosy and Aiba giggled when he noticed that his son was blushing.
“Does she know that you like her?” Aiba asked. Ryutarou shook his head.
“She’s not in my class”
“Well, why don’t you try talk to her? Maybe, you can offer your lunch?”
Ryutarou nodded. He left his father and went to his room. Aiba called Sasuki and told her to make a special bento for Ryutarou.

Ryutarou frowned when he looked at the way his friends were looking at him. They were grinning mischievously and Jaiko even hugged him excitedly - something that she only did to Shotarou.
“Kacchan told us!” she said excitedly. Ryutarou stared at Kazuki with a frown.
“Hey, you didn’t tell me that it was a secret!” Kazuki said, defending his action.
“Do you want me to talk to her?” Jaiko asked. Ryutarou shook his head. He remembered what Aiba had told him and his mother had made him a special bento. Everything will be fined.

Aiba walked into Arashi’s green room with a wide smile. He noticed that Sho and Ohno were already arrived. Sho was reading his newspaper and Ohno was drinking coffee silently.
“Good morning!” he shouted as he sat beside Ohno.
“Good morning. You seem happy today” Ohno said, smiling at him. Aiba grinned.
“You can’t believe what happen!” he said excitedly. Before he managed to say anything, he was interrupted by Nino and Jun who just arrived.
“Aiba-shi! You need to turn down your energy level” Nino grumbled as he sat on a chair.
“Listen! Ryu-chan has a crush!” Aiba announced proudly. He was beaming with excitement. The other four members stared at him.
“Really? How did you know?” Sho asked.
“He told me yesterday and he will try to talk to the girl today!”
“And why are you so excited?” Nino asked.
“It’s his first crush! Aren’t you excited when Kacchan told you about girls?”
Nino shrugged. “He always talks about girls. For seven years old, he is really popular” he said nonchalantly.
“I don’t want to imagine how he will turn out later” Jun muttered. Nino gave him a small salute and smirked.
“Probably awesome, like his papa” he said smugly. Jun rolled his eyes.
“I was freaked out when Jaiko told me about her crush. Maybe because she’s a girl but the thought of her liking a boy bothers me”
“That’s because you have a daughter complex” Nino muttered. Jun side-eyed Nino and the smaller man kept quiet. There’s something deadly about Jun’s eyes even though Nino won’t admit it.
“I thought we suppose to be happy for the kids?” Aiba said, confused. Sho chuckled as he looked at Aiba.
“Don’t worry Aiba-chan. Childhood crush is harmless. It’s not like they will go and have sex with their girlfriend. So, there’s nothing to be worried about. They are at the earliest stage of learning about feeling and all” he said. Jun looked at Sho warily.
“Maybe I should talk to Take about girls and stuffs? When is the right time to talk about sex with him?” Ohno asked.
“Riida, he’s seven years old! It’s too early to talk about it now” Nino said.
“I won’t worry about Take, Tarou or Ryu-chan. The most worrisome is Kacchan. You should talk to your son, Nino. He has the tendency of being a Casanova” Sho said with a slight smirk, followed by laughter by Jun, Ohno and Aiba.
“So, did Ryu-chan told about the girl?” Ohno asked, shifting the conversation back to Ryutarou’s crush. Aiba nodded enthusiastically.
“Oh! He said that her name is Akemi-chan and she’s really cute! I told him to talk to her at lunch and maybe shared his bento with her. Sacchan even made a special bento for Ryu today!”
“Oh! Wonder what will happen then! Hopefully the girl likes him too!” Sho said excitedly.
“Yeah! I’m going to go and check it out later. Why don’t you guys tag along?”
Four set of eyes stared at Aiba. “Are you serious?” they asked in unison. Aiba nodded excitedly.

“I don’t know why I am agreed to join you” Jun grumbled as he followed Aiba. They were sneaking into the school compound.
“Shut up, J! We don’t want people to notice us!” Nino hissed.
“I am very sure that people already noticed us. Five grown up sneaking into the school in the middle of the day. If not suspicious, I don’t know what to call it” Sho mumbled as he looked around warily.
“Guys, I found them!” Aiba said, waving for them to follow him. They pressed themselves to the wall, eyeing the kids who were seating at the lunch tables.
“I don’t see Ryu-chan” Ohno mumbled. They stretched their necks, looking for Ryutarou.
“Oh, there he is! He is walking towards the girls who seat at the corner” Sho said, a bit louder than he intended to. All of them watched as Ryutarou walked to the table where Akemi and her friends were sitting.

Ryutarou suddenly felt very nervous. His palms were sweating and he felt a sudden chill as he got closer to Akemi and her friends.
“A - Akemi-chan?”
Three pairs of eyes turned and looked at him.
“Yes?”
Ryutarou grinned as he heard Akemi’s voice. “I am Ryutarou” he said, nervously. Shotarou had told him to introduce himself properly and they even had practiced the perfect way of introducing himself to her. ‘Hi, I am Aiba Ryutarou and I would like to be your friend’ was the exact sentence that Shotarou had told her but Ryutarou had totally forgotten the rest of the sentence.
“Would - would you like to share my bento? My mother made me her special curry bento today” he asked. Akemi was a bit startled and dumbfounded by the sudden invitation. Her friends were teasing her and she blushed as she looked at Ryutarou. She nodded a bit and smiled. Ryutarou grinned and sat beside her, opening his bento.

“Awww, they are so cute!” Jaiko said as she looked at Ryutarou and Akemi who were sitting together. Shotarou nodded in agreement while Takeshi was smiling. Kazuki huffed and ate his hamburger in silence.
“Oh, someone jealous?” Shotarou teased as he looked at Kazuki.
“Who? Me?” Kazuki asked incredulously.
“You’re just upset because Ryu-chan has a girlfriend now!” Jaiko teased while Shotarou and Takeshi giggled. Kazuki rolled his eyes.
“No, I’m not!” Kazuki huffed in annoyance.
“Don’t worry, Kacchan. We’ll accompany you when Ryu-chan is busy with Akemi” Takeshi added, smirking teasingly at Kazuki.
“Shut up!” Kazuki said in annoyance as he continued nibbling his hamburger.

Aiba smiled widely as he looked at his son who was eating his lunch with Akemi. He was thankful that the girl didn’t reject Ryutarou.
“Papa is proud of you, Ryu!” he said as he wiped his tears.
“Seriously, Aiba? Are you crying because he had a first crush?” Nino asked mockingly.
“What? I’m proud of him! There are happy tears!” he retorted. Nino rolled his eyes at Aiba’s ridiculousness.
