"Uncle Bobby" Ash, 1925-2007
Bobby Ash starred in The Uncle Bobby Show (later Uncle Bobby and Friends) on channel 9 (CFTO) from 1964 to 1979. He was funny. I watched his show when I was little. He had a nice gentle sense of humor. I outgrew the show quickly, but even as a teenager I'd feel a moment of nostalgia when I'd see him while I was flipping channels.
