Я проработал 2 недели менеджером по организации дилерской сети (b2b) В КОМПАНИИ "Битуби-Системс".
За это время нашел список бывших сотрудников и прозвонился по нему.
В 2015 году сменилось три команды менеджеров.
Директор, Хорошев Валерий Сергеевич, всем обещает золотые горы и должность начальника отдела продаж. Но, потом, предлагает подписать трудовой контракт на пол-ставки, при ставке в 17500 руб. Через 2 недели работы доводит приказ, что менеджер b2b получает 10% премии от чистой прибыли, которая, в продажах компьютерных комплектующих, составляет всего 3%, что составляет 0,3% от оборота. После общения с пятью бывшими сотрудниками узнал, что эти проценты им так и не были выплачены. Были переведены 7500 руб. за месяц работы. На мои телефонные звонки Хорошев не отвечает, про выплату зар. платы за отработанные 2 недели октября и слышать не хочет. Полное кидалово.
Еще он занимается Таймшерами…
А еще - он РУССКИЙ МАХРОВЫЙ НАЦИОНАЛИСТ-РАСИСТ.
Сейчас обзваниваю бывших сотрудников, чтобы они тоже оставили о нем отзывы. Расчет на то, что за 20-30 тысяч руб. премии люди не будут судиться.

Синичка на хвосте принесла, что Хорошев сотрудничает с Патриархией, и отчисляет средства, якобы, на строительство Детского православного Центра.
На самом деле - за то, чтоб спускали ему кидалово с зар. платами и налогами.
Есть ниточки, есть за что потянуть. И ниточки те ведут к самой вершине РПЦ.
Т.е., не только часы за 200.000 долларов, но и банальное кидалово на 10 - 30 т.р. простых сотрудников.
Все под контролем РПЦ, со всего они кормятся.
Кто хочет помочь мне потянуть за те ниточки?
