An excellent start! I like the premise and of course I like how Hermione is the one point of familiarity in his murky swamp of lost memories. I also like the possibilities you've set up...Harry instinctively knowing that Hermione is more special to him than anyone else. Hermione set up to be overly careful in trying to help Harry reconstruct what was rather than develop what is. Ginny possibly trying to take advantage of the situation. I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with it.
