Well, I've been slacking on exercise given all my recent travels and other activities. No more. I've been running about once a week since India, but I'm determined to get back on the horse.
Saturday: Ran with the Las Vegas Hash House Harriers. Ran ~2 miles, walked ~2 miles. (felt out of shape)
Monday: Slow 4 miles down Brownsville Road
Tuesday: Faster ~4.5 miles including some hills followed by about 30 minutes of Tai Chi.
Feeling minorly sore after today's run, but I hit it a bit hard and hit the wall around mile 3.5. I blame a fast pace and the hills.
I'm also trying to cut down how much I eat. We'll see how that works.
