Thanks for the well wishes and internet hugs. I don't get down very often but when I do I'm pretty damn wangsty about it.
Aftermath?
The garage wasn't too bad, god had mercy on me and the day was reasonably warm so I didn't freeze. The damage wasn't tooooo outstanding. And we didn't lose anything other than boxes and a few books whe didn't want anyway. The right side of the garage is looking pretty shiney now. We pulled out a bunch of shelves and tables along the back of the garage and have a lot more room now, but um. It was really gross. I'm talking a decade or so of dead flies layered with old spider webs gross. I'm... not someone who gets grossed out easily. Gore? No problem, I can eat and watch a autopsy at the same time. I can also watch animals rip each other up on animal planet, and Saving Private Ryan made me cry, not feel ill. The last time something made me feel queasy due to gross factor was nineth grade when disected frogs and fetal pigs, and I was okay with the frogs until I got to the eggs. Ugggn, the eggs. ... the fetal pigs were just bad all the way. Anyway. The thousand or so dead flies and other bugs clinging to the edge of a broom thanks to a netting fo spider web did not work for me. And I cruely let mum do most of the work on that one. But I've been saving her from spiders for the better part of a decade so I call it even.
I managed to bribe my teacher with chocolate to accept my homework late.
My app got written on time after some severe angsting and exististialist emo and after an initial fear of omg I fail and some crying ended up winning.
The rest of Blade of the Immortal came in and my 175$ was not one cent wasted. If you have not read this manga yet I invite you to go check out the first two chapters and see if it catches your attention. I sure as hell love it. I suck at summarizing things. It involves zombie samurai and little girls with lots of knives, if that interests you, here's a link.
Anyway spending all friday and saturday reading BotI made me feel better and gave me lots of fun daydreams.
Can't do anything about the paycheck, but ah well. Mum told me I don't have to pay my car payment this month so that helps.
Haven't played ToA since uh. Wednesday? I'll probably pick it up again tomorrow. Tonight I getta break in my new character and do homework. By my count I have... nine critiques due by thursday so two tonight and three tues and three wednes and one thursday afternoon sounds fair, ya?
Also, season 2 of avatar is over. I loved you super cute woobie Zuko D= I kinda figured it'd go that way though. Toph is badass.
