Into the pareve pie crust: sautee [onion, garlic, carrot], add roasted pumpkin, meat/veggie meat, small-diced green apple, T of flour to cook it through. Curry, cumin, tiny bit cinnamon, allspice, salt, pepper, ~3/4 c onion stock to thicken. Cover with tinfoil, in the oven to cook the crust, no topping? Hmmmmmm.
Meat pie might be my new favorite thing.
