While people were panicking over the super typhoon Pepeng (International name: Parma) last night, I was busy reformatting my computer.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried, I was actually very anxious about it all.. Rumors were spreading about how it is stronger than Katrina, about Meralco cutting off the electricity and the threat of strong winds and heavy rainfall. It made me shiver just by thinking about it. Indeed, Filipinos have become traumatized about the rain. If it rains just a little bit, people panic -- they stock up on food, prepare their roofs and start praying.
In the short span of 30 minutes of constant rain, the flood waters here in Greenpark began rising again, and all of us were praying that the rain would just stop. Our neighbors began carrying their belongings to a safer place and driving their cars to elevated areas. Admittedly, we have taken some of our things to the 2nd floor and have driven our borrowed car (YES!) to the highest place in the village. Thankfully, the rain didn't pursue.
I calmed down and finished the reformat and OS installation.
For some reason, the Windows 7 installer didn't work for me, so I settled for SP3.
And so, I have downloaded more BL GAMES. ♥

Installed Kichiku Megane R and Absolute Obedience today.
