Damn u internet connection!
Day 2.
Before we slept, we were much determined to wake up by 12noon. We snoozed off at around 4am after a few chats and laughter. As i woke up, i couldn't feel my feet cuz it was way too cold as i slept with just the infamous orange blanky thinking i could make it through the rain. We started getting ready for a tour by Kenneth and Keith. Oh, and Kenneth's mum cooking was delicious~! Being adventurous and trying not to spend too much on transportation, we took a bus instead to Orchard Road (my first bus experience!).
By 2pm, i step foot on Orchard Road. Don't really know my current location at that time, they decided to bring me to a mall where purchasing items there are beyond question, Paragon. As we were walking the sidewalk, a man came up to us, and ask us whether we want our pics to be taken for free, since there was a Canon promotion thing that was going on. What the heck, we did it, and the printed picture was perfectly clear! So, off we went to Paragon, meeting a friend, Ian. We didn't know that he actually waited for us for about half an hour, and he hadn't eaten yet. =S We left Keith at Paragon cuz he wanted to work out and look good for the night. Fine, the three of us went to Takashimaya to feed poor Ian with McDonalds.
Soonish, another friend of Kenneth came by, and then the exploration of the mall began. Scouting and browsing through the clothes, i decided not to get them straight away. After finishing the whole mall, we went back to Paragon searching for Keith who was with Alcan (still gym-ing). We were suppose to get printed Christina shirts that says "Makes my Cherry Pop" and "Makes my Panties drop". Keith with his diva-ness said he will be done in half an hour time. As we were heading down to coffee bean to wait for them, we glanced through the Fitness First window, and it's like WOW. Big and huge people! =P Heh..
Ok, so we reached coffee bean to find out that the whole outlet is now a non smoking area. Fine, we just sat down, drinking, and staring at each other for at least an hour until Keith came. Off we go, taking a double decker bus to "i'm not sure what mall" to get the t-shirts. Very cute shirts indeed! Sadly i don't have any since i didn't place any orders. As the clock strikes 7, we walked for at least 30 minutes back to the malls, passing by Plaza Singapura. Keith had to meet a friend, so we ate by ourselves at this shop called Ah Meng.
Very funny waiters i must say. They found out that I'm a tourist, so the boss (i think), kept on talking to us. Then came Alcan and Ramus, and shortly by Sean. The boss kept on talking about how Singaporean has the best looking girls, and how hot Alcan is. Haha. I don't know why he didn't notice how sissy the customers were. =P We played along, being the straightest we can. HAH! Since we finished dinner much more earlier than Keith and his friend, we split up, as I went shopping with Sean and Ian, and the rest for a drink. Walking almost the whole Orchard Road, going underground passing through roads, cruising around HMV and newUrbanmale, we shopped in a much crowded Topman. As there were nothing appealing to me, I waited at the corner of the busy outlet, till Kenneth called telling me to meet him at the Taxi station at Heeran. Sean and friend decided to send me to the taxi station, rushing through the busy tunnel and streets (raining some more!). As we got there, i tell u, the queue was long long long! Being reassured by Kenneth that it's not normally like this, we waited for an hour, at least.
Since it's a Friday, and it's midnight, PARTY time at Play! We ended the day by enjoying ourselves bouncing to the house music in this little Hawaiian themed club. Going back home from the club was also another issue. The road was literally fill with people : to the left, right, up, down, waiting for taxi. Heh. But we finally got one and went back. Late already u know! And the next day is the DAY where 'SHE' will be standing before our eyes! To be continued...
