Deep Tissue, can haz!

Oooooh, my aching serratus. My psoas hates me too and my pelvis is on strike. Not to mention my gluts.

Yay, I really enjoyed last night's deep tissue class! I was not in the mood for it in the beginning, but I love how I can really get into bodywork, how it energizes me.
