One thing I can't fucking stand.....outsourcing to India! Look if you can't speak proper English to the point I can understand what the fuck you're telling me, you shouldn't be working.
I called my healthcare provider today to see if they had the last doctor I visited listed. Instead the indian bitch on the other end is asking me what's the name of the doctor! My response is, "Well, if I knew that would I be calling you to find out?" She responded with, "Are you looking for a particular practice?" I repeat my question since she can't understand what the fuck I'm asking because she's too busy looking at the fucking monkeys out her goddamn window. "Look, I only live about 10minutes away from this doctor. I could just fucking drive over there and hope they have an opening but I would rather call them. This is the fucking reason I'm calling you worthless people to get his number since it's been a year and I figure you people are orginized! So I'll tell you want, I'll waste my time driving there. Get my appointment, pay, and then I'm firing you mother fuckers for not listening to me and I'll hire an american company who can understand me. A company that carries a gun in their car, a company I don't have to repeat questions for, a fucking company that I don't have to get out a translation book for because their english is so fucked up I don't know what the fuck you are saying!
