Two Fandom Bracelets
I'm tempted to post my currently-available generic jewelry back on Etsy, so I don't lose the storefront, and start prepping the way to turn that into an official small business. My husband just won't stop fretting over tax implications, even though I'm hardly earning enough for the IRS to come a-knockin' right now.
But after slogging through 46 pages of a thread on copyright and trademark issues (a crafter used some paper she bought at a craft store to cover a used cigar box and got a cease & desist letter over it--after all the sturm und drang over where artists' rights ended and crafters' rights began, turns out the C&D was because the paper manufacturers put out their own line of boxes), I've decided that my fandom bracelets need to stay on my journal. I think I've shown pictures of these before, but now I need to find buyers for them.
Harry/Draco, Guns & Handcuffs: Sterling charms showing a lightning bolt, a gun, so,me handcuffs and a dragon, with green glass beads knotted onto green silk cord and finished with a toggle clasp. This bracelet is about 8 1/4" long and can be shortened if necessary. $25
Ron/Luna, Red Moon: Red pressed-glass beads knotted on red silk with a dainty toggle, and an enameled red moon charmdangling at the end. The bracelet is 7" and can be lengthened or shortened. $15
