First Leather Corset completed
I finished my first leather corset on Saturday, August 22nd. I was surprised with how easy it went together, until the binding that is.
It is made in three layers. The fashion being a purple calfskin leather (I can't remember the weight and details), the support layers were my standard of duck canvas (10oz) and sanded twill.
It has five panels, sixteen 1/2" spiral steel bones, four 1/4" flat steel bones, and 26 nickle grommets. It also has a 12" spoon busk and fan lacing.
I also made matching collar, leash, and wrist and ankle cuffs.
