Long Day #2
In addition to being a long day, today is also turning out to be a bad one. There's been a streak of good days, so I suppose this was coming. Some of it was best laid plans going awry, some of it is life getting in the way. All I can say is thank God 12:10 mass got out earlier than anticipated, and thank God the day is going by relatively quickly. Two more hours left of work proper (though I have to clock out in one so as to make my hours balance), and four more hours downtown. I hope 5:15 mass gets out earlier than anticipated, too. Either that, or both of the children I have to babysit are sleeping. That would be awesome.
I wish Ricardo would get back so I could go get some lunch. Never mind that Ash Wednesday is a fasting day. And double never mind that Ash Wednesday is an abstaining day, too. Meat for me. Or coffee. Hmm...that might be better. Forget it, I'm going now.
