On a posting spree, apparently.
Power went out on our side of Morgan last night around 11:30 PM or so. It was disconcerting, 'cause it didn't all just snap out. It all sat on kind of a half-power setting (example: open the fridge, and the light is half on), and then all kinda faded out after about a half an hour or so. Because I had no idea what was going on and was slightly nervous about not being able to wake up if my alarm wasn't working (despite cell phone alarms), I couldn't sleep. I read old fiction (some good, mostly bad), looked at old Christmas/birthday/etc. cards (one from Dad that made me cry), and got all nostalgic. Le sigh. Power came back on around 2 AM, thank goodness, but that only got me about four hours of sleep. I really didn't want to have another two coffee day, but it may end up being that.
I'm not feeling the whole "being around people" thing. Hell, even conversing is not high on my list of things to do. Internet conversations, maybe, but other than that, I'm not feeling it. Maybe it's just because it's early. I don't know. I just wish this wouldn't happen on a double work day, when I'm around people for about 15 hours. I would just wait until tomorrow to call people back in the office, but David ate up a chunk of my time yesterday getting a Facebook, so I can't put it off any longer. Though, I can't call a few people until he gets in, so...yeah.
