I'd just like to throw that CEO into a type-appropriate simulator in IMC, throw an electrical fire at him that leaves him nordo, then fail an engine. Ask him if he thinks it's smart to have just one guy handle all that when a multi-million dollar company asset plus the lives of a couple hundred potential litigators are on the line.
