KITTY!
Well, it's been a while since I updated so I'll cover the important occurrences since my last update first.
Finals went well, or at least better than I'd expected. Got home alright and did deliveries for Sorrento's a couple nights. Unfortunately, they didn't need me beyond that so I'm once again unemployed :( Josh is here from Mattoon for a while so things are staying quite amusing.
Now, onto current events. Today, we got a kitten. He's orange and about 2 months old and Peter and I agreed to name him Horatio, myself after the character in Hamlet and for Peter after the detective in CSI Miami. He is not yet declawed so I have a couple nice scratches from playing with him...meh. Carmen is gonna get it eventually cuz she can't seem to leave him alone, which he doesn't appreciate.
Tomorrow, my dad is taking Peter and I to Springfield in hopes of completing our Christmas shopping and also to look at a car for me. I still need to get something for my parents and my godson. My family is heading up to Naperville for Christmas Eve and Day and a few days after still. For this reason, we'll be celebrating our family Christmas on Friday night, which means less time to shop. Yay for procrastinating.
