All you have to do is input the total number of words your NaNo project has reached at the end of each day in the Achieved Total column, and it'll tell you how much you have written that day , how far ahead, or far behind you are, and what your updated daily goal for the next day is (Don't be scared by the high numbers on that column right now, the basic number is still 1667, it's just adding the values from the difference column to it ).
