here's that thing i was working on. 3-color screenprint poster for an afterparty at the stumptown con going down this month in portland, oregon:
should be a pretty sweet poster. apparently i'm getting hooked up with a shitload of 'em, too. so maybe i can like sell them or something if you want one? i dunno, we'll see about that! how would i even ship posters?!??? zomg!
and here's another marker thing i did today in an attempt to redesign my site, put up a "temp site" type thing. but it turned out that i am seriously rusty at html and it was a total waste of time. the drawing is still pretty ok tho.
i'm all about this kinda shit right now. drawing WHAT I WANT for my "for fun" stuff. it's common for an artist to feel like he/she has to draw shit that really flexes the skillz or whatever. i just want to draw goku shredding a flying v with a sega saturn. it's like living outside of that competetive box, outside of the constant need to impress. to me, drawing game consoles and dragon ball rock n' roll art is kind of the epitome of "fuck art" and thus it is the best art. his black outfit with white shoes is inspired by the MUSE concert i attended the other night, which was fucking seriously great. MUSE are really good.

NINJARAGE.COM is an actual ninja gear website, now. that's kinda cool. but it makes me sad that i don't have it anymore. i really lost that domain without even knowing it. it was just gone one day. i thought i had it set to auto-bill... whatever. i think im getting sick of reyyy.com. i want another cool fun sticky url thing.
