Was going to be in Phoenix about this time, but money is tight, so it'll have to wait until a little bit later.
I get to see Mark Kozelek do a solo show in a month, so I'm really excited about that shit, he's so fucking talented.
This journal is so dead, I'll bet no one even reads this shit haha. I don't even know why I'm typing anything at all...
Things have been good though, atleast the good things have. There's been some bad shit and pointless drama (never ends anywhere your feet land) but all in all I'm still maintaining a large smile from ear to ear and making sure that I keep my good friends close by my side and tell everyone else to basically fuck off if you're whole plan is to make my life in any way uncomfortable. Cuz I really don't need that stuff, ya know? I used to not be able to walk away from it or ignore it, but now it's so easy to just recognize who's real and who's in it just to start a war for entertainment. And it's true, I've met so many people who like to start some dramatic issue for pure enterainment purposes. They spread a rumor or speak with someone about something to create some war on someone, and then they sit back and watch what they've created. It's bullshit, but whatever. It's easy to fix and back away from because it is just bullshit.
I've gone through so many changes though, for the better. I've let some stupid things go, and grasped some things that really mean a lot to me. I guess I'm starting to grow up. It's scary, but so far it's not too bad.
I really miss everyone back in NY and even people I've never met, but had the comfort of knowing through the internet or aim or livejournal or whatever. I just miss everyone. Being locked up in this tiny apartment in the middle of nowhere without any computer just isn't the right place to be when you want to be social and stay in touch with everyone. I have a cell, but it doesn't work when you don't have anyone's number and no one has yours.
If anyone cares, I should be updating more often, and should be completely back in a few weeks when the house is finished. Hope everyone's well.
