Rocks Syndrome, SJPS and JSPS.
After overhearing school kids discussing if their friend was Quote: "true -black" or "a mongrel", I would like to be the first to identify and name "Rocks syndrome":
Rocks syndrome:
Named after "The Rock" A syndrome where people looking at the afflicted individual find it hard to distinguise their ethinc background.
The main symptom is break outs of conversation along the lines of "Is he Black?", "no he's latino", "is he a mix?" "Hes Puerto Rican and Chinese?" "I think hes got a bit of Native American in him?" The Syndrom mainly affects mixed race individuals but not exculsively.
Sufferers include The Rock, Jessica Alba, Mr Jay Emanuel, Mariah Carey, Barack Obama.
Not to be confused with Sarah Jessica Parker Syndrome (SJPS) where the sufferer is confused with entirely different species (Quote "Sarah Jessica Parker; she's either a really ugly woman or a really beautiful seahorse!") or Janet Street Porter Syndrome (JSPS) where the sufferer appears to be fashioned out of random household objects.
