so more on being anti social. I've watched three movies and read a book in the last three days. I'm glad that if i'm going to nto be social i should at least fill my void of free time with artful media rather than videogames. I haven't watched much of note because the downloading waves are strictly policed by my school, and alas that leaves me with
surfthechannel.com I watched: I'm Not There - little Bob Dylan bio pic that came out recently, i thought it was much mroe revealing of his character than No Direction Home
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas - though everytime i watch it i feel my demeanor grows a lot twitchier
Game of Death - Just one more time because god damn it i love bruce lee and it's nice to see an action hero with a stunt actor for the speaking scenes instead of vice-versa. Though i'd like to note that they don't really look alike in the face really at all and if i'm watching a bruce lee movie that i haven't seen before, i often think they are supposed to be two separate characters
I read: The Rum Diary - it was very refreshing to look at hunter s thompson before he turned into the man made of steel endlessly trying to dent himself with anything that he could find. He is a highly relatable person with a mild temper and a past making him seem like he'll fly by the seat of his pants, but he doesn't because he's incredibly weary at 28 or whatever he is in the book.
More media updates highly likely in the near future.
