gosh first lesson was tough. really tough. it was conducted by a different teacher, and almost immediately i could feel the difference in this teacher and the teacher i signed up for. luckily it was only for one lesson, so hopefully things will work out better once the more-patient teacher is back. anyway i have a whole bunch of homework to do and some CDs to listen to. plus i got to memorise some of the basic numerical and date stuff before the next lesson. i absolutely cannot remember how i did all that for japanese. and got to N1 eventually wtf?!! this feels like preparing for exams all over again urgh.
