hey there! i got them from Taiwan, not sure of the brand but i guess it's a local-made item. calf size when fully-laced is 15inches. of course since they are laced-up, calf size can be adjusted by loosening the shoe-laces. thanks! :)
normally i wear US size 8, and i can still wriggle my toes in the pink pair, but not to the point where my feet will shift around in the shoes. so maybe if you wear thinner socks / stockings, that it'd be okay?
as for shipping, airmail is going to be really expensive, so if you can wait then surface mail will be ideal. it'd cost around USD$15, comes with a tracking number, but delivery takes around 6-10 weeks.

hmm I usually buy about sz 38 =\ But depends on cutting. I'll find a pair of 25 in japan and try for size. Let you know again when I get back k~ But if in the meantime you've got a taker then it's ok =)
