Winter Break, Day 4 (?)
Crazy story of the day:
Due to my inherent laziness almost all of today had passed by before I realized that I should probably go out and get my parents some type of Christmas present or else run the risk of being seen as a horrible, ungreatful daughter. So I decide, at approximately 6:15pm, to walk to Amoeba Records and buy them a gift certificate (when in doubt, buy a gift certificate to your parents' store of choice - might be unoriginal, but at least it gets the job done, right?). So I walk up there, but while in Amoeba just browsing around, Lennon calls. I want to talk to him with as few distractions and as little background noise as possibe, so I walk up to the very top of Telegraph and sit near the entrance to the UC Berkeley campus. While I'm there, I run into Shawn and give him a hug and say what's up, etc.
THEN THIS CRAZY GUY THROWS A BANANA AT MY FEET AND STARTS YELLING AT ME ABOUT BEING A WHORE AND ABOUT HOW I NEED TO STOP HUGGING MY GUY FRIENDS!!!
And all while I'm still on the phone with Lennon. Good grief.
Anyway, I thought the guy was like Donkey Kong.
Pat later one upped me though: his immediate response to my story was that the guy was Kalish. XD
