I think if you tell yourself you are going to have a good day, you will. I told my mom I was going to have a great day today and I did. Well not every part of it, just moments. Particular moments. Just an overall fun day. Life, at this moment, is good.
Tomorrow I have a swim meet. It will be a GREAT swim meet. (<~~ I'm telling myself this, so it will happen)
