01. resize, fliter>sharpen>smart sharpen - 33.
02. add Curves layer.
RGB: I: 173, O: 201
I: 65, O: 62
03. add this Gradient layer. Set in Linear Burn, 60%.
04. add this texture (by dusty_memories). Set in Multiply, 100%.
05. add this texture (by sheld0n). Desaturate (Ctrl+Shift+U) and drag to the up the base. Set in Multiply, 100%. Now, you will rotate it to your mode. (sorry, my english is a &%$#@)
06. Now you will clear the borders of the base. your base was like this:
07. Finish! i find You can add brushes or/and text. This is the result:
