Movies seen recently:
Pulse - Creepy overall but kind of boring, especially towards the end.
Aimee and Jaguar - Kind of scary, kind of sad. Fans of it will hate me but I really found it hard to feel for them, although I liked Felice. Lilly not so much.
The Holiday - In some ways better and in some ways worse than I predicted. Definitely slow, but still a bit more creative than other christmascentric romantic comedies. Definitely no Love Actually, not that I was expecting it to be anyways.
Lady in the Water - Completely charming. Bryce Dallas Howard, you guys.

Pan's Labyrinth - PLEASE.
Apocalypto - I need to see it. I have a an ancient mayan fetish.
300 - Looks gorgeous, has gorgeous people and is a brainchild of Frank Miller. I don't even need to elaborate.
Perfume - I heard it sucked, but I also have a perfume fetish, so any kind of twisted movie involving perfume made out of people and giant orgies is sure to draw me in.
The Painted Veil - Edward Norton.
The Illusionist - Edward Norton, Paul Giamatti.
Orchids - Bryce Dallas Howard breaking into directing would already have me in the front seat, but with Alfred Molina too? It's a given.
Hannibal Rising - Don't even. Don't fucking even. Oh my god. *creams*
