Honestly, I just felt like I was in heaven all day long.

My blockmates (mostly for Germany, turned for-Netherlands out of spite, but also includes people who don't watch and just know that I'm hardcore for Spain) were congratulating me as if I had anything to do with it lmao. BUT IT'S SUCH A RELIEF, knowing I'm not a bad luck charm. My stomach was flipping over and over from anxiety throughout the game (even before while they introduced the teams hnnnngh) because nothing was happening. No one was scoring, it was always close, but never where we needed it to be.

My worst fear was going into penalty kicks. I don't think my heart could've taken it. It's not that I doubt San Iker, not in the least, but even during the game when Oranje had possession and they were on Iker's side of the field, ay dios mio I could die. So scared when they're near the goal!

In any case, my comments on some players:
Dahveed Villa - Pretty restless the whole game. Chillax bb, you did amazing!
Xavi - Awesome. 'Nuff said. 8|
Xabi - Bb got hardcore beaten up (looking at you De Jong >:|). Took it like a man, though.
Puyol & Sergio - GJ!! Trying hard to replicate that semi-final goal. Sergio was amazing as always!
Navas - Surprising!! He was amazing, gosh. Worked so hard to set up a goal~
Iker Fucking Casillas - best captain/goalkeeper/person ever just sayin'.
Iniesta - WHAT CAN I SAY. BOY WON IT FOR HIS COUNTRY.
Nando - Injured again. :( Too much expectations of him. Bb shouldn't beat himself up about it so much, though. He didn't score the winning goal like in 2008, but he assisted Iniesta for it this year!

Really too happy about what happened. It most certainly wasn't the prettiest of games (the Dutch got 30-ish fouls, a red, and 390473 yellows. ALL OF ORANJE were carded. XD Thank god for Howard Webb, hee hee), but all the worrying, the praying (I had a rosary in my right hand the whole game!!), and the debating (Tori & I are only ever on the same side when it comes to La Liga)... all worth it to see them so happy and fulfilled! Good job you guys!
