I'll be honest and say that there definitely were better songs/singers, but I think 'Satelitte' just stuck to people's ears easier, which made it win. Lena's little accent is kinda cute, too. Except for when she's talking. It's "soooo totally like kurayzey" awkward. Stick to German, girl.
Mind you, I live to make fun of how people talk.
Shame that Spain didn't place higher than epRIkat STOWN, I mean wtf was that song, but I basically squealed every time countries gave them high points anyway (OBRIGADO PORTUGAL, ilu i expected that, Lithuania, too). Obvious country bias is obvious. GJ Daniel!!
I'm still mad at that Jimmy Jump guy though. :< Someone please lock him up forever, he is a menace to society.
SO V. V. DISAPPOINTED THAT CYPRUS DIDN'T PLACE HIGHER. THAT SONG WAS SO GOOD! ㅠㅠ Greece has taste for giving it 12 points. Ευχαριστώ! It's going straight to my iPod~
Also, why am I not surprised that the Belarusian top pick was Russia? I think they're the only country to have done that. BROTHER LET'S GET MARRIED MARRIED
