eternity will never be enough for me
Junior-Senior bonding activity the whole afternoon today. Was in the "Macho" group with Pat, Yana, Camgar, Ida, Ish, Ther, Patit and Ortega.
There were a lot of games that resembled the activities of a senior, so that the juniors get a taste of what they'll be doing (i.e. college entrance tests, running the fair, legacy concert, etc). Facilitators gave us points to buy food from the very expensive "Scar City" store, depending on how well we did. But the one with the most points at the end gets what's left in the whole store.
So lmao, in true AA fashion, everyone bought all the food so that the winner wouldn't get anything. Better spend and be able to eat something, right~
There was a torch-passing ceremony afterwards (light their lights, and put out ours--it was actually incredibly touching), and we sang Jesus In Our Midst as an ending prayer. It's probably the last time anyone will ever get to hear that song again. It's truly ours.
Seeing as it's the undergrads' last day of classes, everyone hugged one another goodbye.

Ah...it was when Tutanes came to hug me that I really started crying.
Busmates, I'll miss you guys so much!! :(
Juniors, please be strong next year. So many hardships are going to come your way, and most of them aren't easy. But at the same time, don't be content with finding the easy way out. That isn't how we roll.
I expect you'll all do awesomely! :-bd
