HEY! GET GET GET GET GET OVER IT. <3
Okay. I'm back from teh bitch -- I mean, beach. It was okay, I guess. :/ I saw stuff I knew I'll never see again, anywhere else (maybe), so that was cool. Other than that, I was sleep deprived and abdominally in pain (tss, as usual). Oh, and I is injured. I looked like shit going home. Kinda purple-ish.
Day 1: Got to the hotel (which was pretty good, btw). I kept attempting to sleep, but they kept waking me up. So...went to some seafood place for lunch, and another seafood place for lunch...both times, I did not eat seafood. Bwahah.
Day 2: Went island hopping at Honda Bay. Uhm..yeah, I was just snorkeling. Saw this massive school of massive fish...which was pretty breathtaking. I kept looking for them, just staring. Haha. And uh, thankfully, I didn't panic too bad when I went over the coral (I hyperventilate like crazy, thinking they're poisonous if you touch them. Yay.) Dad got bitten by a fish.
Day 3: Went to the Underground River. I think I was too busy taking pictures to actually pay attention. But there were some awesome shit there, eh. I got some good pictures of this rock that looks like bacon. But I wish I could have seen the Cathetral a little better (Holy Trinity, Angel, Pegasus and Mary formations, among other things). Mom fell from the van, and I slipped and scratched my left shin and ankle.
Day 4: Last day. We did nothing except look around for souveniers.
enigmartin41 went diving somewhere... And eat, of course.
h311ybean's finger was sliced open by a vengeful crab. Yeeeessss....do you see a pattern? We're a very accident-prone family. Except my brother, who got back home unscathed.
Day 5: Woke up. Breakfast. Plane. Went home. Ate. Slept.
Most of my "resting" time in the hotel was used to study Japanese (for the test on November 17). I'm so nervous. Gaaahhd, no matter how much I force it, the information just won't stick to my head. To the point that it hurts. :/ Saaave meeee.
I've got 10 days to remember 2 sets of 51-letter "alphabets", how to write them properly and over 70 vocabulary words/phrases/sentences. I've thoroughly memorized about 20 w/p/s, and about 3/4ths of one letter set. Oh lordy.
Mom said I woke up in the middle of my nap and suddenly called her, saying I didn't want to take the test. I think I was sleep talking. Lol. But while I subconsciously may not choose to take the test (so much work, uncertainty), I still want to go to Japan. So.
I'm gonna take it, and I'm gonna ace it.
That's the only way.
