i ended up getting an A on the midterm that i got wrong. i got the conclusion wrong, but i did essentially the same analysis as the court. and two other circuits disagree with the sixth, so maybe i actually have hit on the majority rule. i don't know much about it.
it was a tennessee case concerning the disposal of dead bodies. it's since been decided, but
you can read the background on it if you want.
of course, all of this reminds me of my favorite news story in years: the one where the crematory was just taking the dead bodies and stacking them up in the woods, and giving the families sand and potting soil mixture as ashes.
hahaha, i loved that story so much!! there's now a suit over that, you can
read the complaint here. oh, that story still makes me so happy. it's the funniest thing ever.
and one other thing - my friend once had these business cards that had a cool tread-like texture and were rubbery. they felt like skinny little pieces of tire. anybody know where i can get some like that?
