It's been a while since I posted here, because I feel like all the time I possibly can get away from work needs to be spent either talking with actual real life people or doing actual things away from my computer.
But this week is so dead when it comes to having actual living people around that I feel like sleeping in front of my computer, just to try to get in touch with some of the guys who are (in no particular order) in Singapour, Shanghai, Los Angeles, Berlin and of course, the South of France. Do you want me to hate you, friends? Is that why you flaunt your holidays in my face? WHYYYYY.
In other news, I went to see Inception and Toy Story 3 and The Tree. Let's guess which one I didn't choose.
Quick summary of those three movies:
- The Tree: annoying brat believes the soul of her dead father inhabits big tree in the garden. Tree turns out to be a metaphor for inconvenient grief. All of this could have all been avoided if Charlotte Gainsbourg slapped her kids every now and then.
- Toy Story 3: Kid grows up and abandons toys. Best first sequence ever.
- Inception: Bus falls off a bridge. My hatred for Leonardo di Caprio's acting makes me enjoy this movie less than I should. Yup, still falling. I wish they'd give Marion Cotillard a real role. Still falling. Ken Watanabe is really hot though.... Aaaaaaaaand still falling.
Also for some reason I keep either seeing little people in the street or on tv.
