You think it can be prevented but in truth it could have not. You know the boy well, he would attempted another alternative to achieve his desire for his curious mind. In this case, he depended on his luck; though was not aware his luck would slim.

Even if I have told him the case, he would not have listen; wit attitude. Honestly, the only way for that boy to listen are a couple of fists and kicks.
