FOUND! Searching for an older FrostIron fic

Searching for a FrostIron fic. Tony and Rhodey take a SI research ship out to follow up on an anomaly that had originally been discovered/noted by Howard Stark but never investigated. Tony is using a 'new' suit adapted for deep sea work. Tony discovers a huge serpent trapped under water in caves (I think). The creature is Loki's son Jormungandr. Tony rescues him and takes him back to NYC to the Stark Tower. In the meantime, Loki contacts Tony via 'dreamwalking/talking' - he's less than thrilled that his son is under Tony's protection. There is some threats but in the end Loki is satisfied with Tony's actions and explanations.
At one point Loki - who had been pretending to be Odin back on Asgard - working to set up alliances, etc. to handle the threat of Thanos - finally leaves Asgard as Odin regains his throne.
At another point Tony take Jor to 'gardens'/'arboretum' and the kid is in heaven with all the plants he sees and learns about. He ends up setting up a number of plants in the penthouse of the Tower.
I can't seem to find it via google or other searches. I think the story is available on AO3. Any help, pointers, etc. would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
