Rumlow is eventually found out as the traitor and I can’t remember if he was bragging or trying to save his own life but he revealed that he set Tony up and that Hydra had kidnapped him. They got there in time to save Tony being waterboarded. Later after they got back Tony accidentally revealed he was pregnant and that he was going to tell him when everything went wrong and if anything happened to his unborn child he’d burn Hydra to the ground. And Bucky asked Tony to marry him again.
