Looking for stories that follow on Bruce's hulkout, like focus on the actual process, the mental shift between Bruce and the Hulk, physical changes, the Jekyll and Hyde spiel etc etc.

As the title suggests the series are connected and have a continuity to them. However, they can be read as one shots also. Several of the stories deal with "Hulk" and not Bruce. Although I don't think it really looked at transformation. If you're interested you can just read the fics that mention Hulk. I recommend reading in order.

Bruce is 'de-aged' but still turns into Hulk. Since it's a child dealing with the transformation, I think there's an interesting perspective on the transformation. There are other things going on this fic though too.
