A/N: A few things: this fic is set somewhere in the nebulous time between the fall of SHIELD and Avengers: Age of Ultron, but I’m ignoring anything in AoU that doesn’t fit with this fic. This story is brought to you by several IM conversations thomasina75 and I had while watching Agent Carter. I have tried to make it as plausible as possible without fudging too much. Finally, this fills the February hc_bingo challenge for the following four prompts: “forced to rely on enemy/rival,” “nausea,” “comfort food or item/feeding someone,” and “WILD CARD (grief)”
For my friends who aren't into slash, the Bruce/Tony is more pre-slash or friendship than anything else.
