Came to mind after reading a couple of things that basically said “Every man has to sleep sometime” another was “any woman worth their salt will do what needs to be done” and just not been able to see how Omegas would have no defence or a way to counteract a forced/abusive relationship/mating outside of (often ineffective) man made laws.

Length isn’t due to been too detailed (most details are really bonuses) more like adding slight tweak to an old idea and need to put into context so please read.

Take typical modern society as depicted in A/B/O verse heat suppressants, special laws in place for equal rights and protection (for both Alphas and Omegas) etc.
And also that it’s never perfect, there are instants and slip ups that no amount of precautionary measures can overcome and things like mating laws that are taken full advantage of and any poor Omega taken advantage of like that, even if can be proven it was forced, well nothing can be done about it and the bond means they have to stay close and it keeps them submissive to the Alpha.

What if while when an Omega is mistreated to breaking point they are able to… eliminate their mating bond anyway possible and in the same way Alphas can’t really be persecuted after bonding is done Omegas can’t for kill a mate who mistreated them to that point that they are able to kill them.

This is something that happened to Omega!Tony
