This isn't the usual A/O or A/B/O prompt. The premise is *really dark* so you are warned. You can switch it to a D/s world if it's the verse of your preference.
There're setting and the premise, but you are welcome to take them and make whatever you want with them, change everything you dislike and make your own set of rules: my prompt gives you some ground rules and a starting point for a storyline, but they haven't to be like set in stone. ;)
Optional info:
An Alpha's (and Beta's if it's A/B/O) body is stronger and usually taller than Omega's body. Alphas rule the world and keep Omegas locked into their homes like slaves, commodities to be used on trades, objects. "Marriages" are contracts and there's no romantic love meant for them: you can't be in love with an object. Omegas are branded on their necks like cattle when they are given in marriage or sold to an Alpha by their Alpha parent. Monogamy isn't required: wealthy Alphas can own a harem of Omegas. (If it's A/B/O, Alpha and Beta couples can marry each others, and share an Omega or a harem of Omegas). Omegas have no rights, no say in any matter, they can be raped, beaten, also killed if their "spouse" say they have reason to, and Omegas can't do a thing to help it.
Request:
Alphas are forbidden to teach Omegas reading and getting them to study and learn (keep them stupid, and they can't rise up on you), but this didn't stop them to start a revolt, and Iron Man is their leader and the "World Most Wanted."
On this dark world Tony Stark is an Omega, many years ago Howard Stark gave him to be married to Obadiah Stane. Howard didn't know Tony learned to read and much more by himself, but Obadiah knew and he made a deal with Tony, so Tony got to play and create weapons for SI. SI board members always thought they were Obadiah's creations, until one day...
On this dark world, Steve Rogers/Captain America is an Alpha, he woke up after a 70 years sleep and SHIELD debriefed him on how everything is changed now (Steve remembers that once Omegas had got rights and were still considered persons). NU Governors order SHIELD to use Captain America in order to finally capture or kill Iron Man by any means, so Steve gets to lead a team to stop the revolt. But...
Other questions/options:
Does the people know Tony is Iron Man? Does Obadiah? Did Tony killed Obadiah in self-defence, or Obadiah is still alive? Is Tony still a possession of Obadiah?
Alternatively:
Or you'd rather for Steve to be the Omega leader of the rebellion, and Tony/Iron Man the Alpha that SHIELD ask for help? (So the pairings would be Tony/Steve, Obi/Steve).
(Oh, btw: any other MCU or comic character is also welcome to get a role here, it's up to you whom they are.)

I fifth! Also, I think I might write this, but it'll probably be quite long, and it might take me a while.
Yay! I'm so glad you are thinking to write it. :) If you will, take all the time you need! Also, long is wonderful: I'm a sucker for long and plotty fics. <3
In the meantime, I have a few questions to help me write this, if you don't mind answering...
1. How old are Omegas, generally, when they get 'married'?
Logically, since this Universe Omegas are objectified I think when they are still really young: depending by the laws, it could be when they reach legal age for 'marriage' or when they become fertile (that could also mean the same thing).
2. I'm still going to do Afghanistan, but is there any way you'd like me to do that, or motive for Obie to do that, or anything? If not, I'll just do my own thing.
I'm completely happy if you'll do your own thing. :) Alternatively, as I don't know from which angle you are planning the plot, I'm unsure if my suggestions about Obie's motives for attempting to Tony's life could conflict with your story building, but if you think it could in some way be of help, I'll think of an/some options.
3. Mmm... actually, that's all my questions... I thought I had more...
Anyways, if you don't/can't answer my questions, I'll just, as I said earlier, do my own thing ;)
Go wherever the muse takes you. Ultimately it will be your story, so if you don't like something go right ahead and change it. :)
