"I don't blame you, honey," Angel says softly, reaching out to pet the puppy as well. "But I think we will talk to Trism, at the least. If he continues making such judgements like that, he'll piss off the wrong person who won't care that he's head bartender. And I doubt the head of security, Nick, would back him up."
Angel and Collins haven't heard about the puppy. But they did hear about the Trism/Randal incident from a highly pissed off Roger.

Mimi quietly leads them to where the utterly adorable lab puppy is snoozing in her hat, making an 'aww-face' of her own.
"And promptly named him Fender."

Angel smothers his giggles. "He's adorable."

Angel giggles again, joining him on the floor. "Now I know what to get you for your real birthday."
"What? Baby, I don't need a dog."
"But he's a puppy."

"A dog would chew on your shoes, Angel, if you weren't careful."

"He's beautiful, chica."

Mimi scritches the puppy, who leans into her hand.
"So I guess Roger told you what happened?"

Angel just mutters something very nasty under his breath.

Mimi pets the puppy some more.
"I'm gonna not go to the bar for a while, I think."
