cheap lunches and dinners

Hi Guys - looking for cheap lunch and dinner options. Of course the tried and true ramen- recently figured out how to nuke it which helps.  Bags of fruit that I can munch on - cheaper than potato chips if I cut up apples and have them by my desk. A few things like stroganoff and sketti - but really don't have many really cheap things for food. Got anything worth sharing? Trying to go a bit more expensive- like tuna fish sandwiches instead of pb&j. I've had a lot of pb&j lately and I'm not positive it has much for nutritional. Also sad that salads that are good for you aren't too cheap!! I only drink a tiny bit of soda, so can't save money there. Mostly I absolutely know that I need to quit eating out- so trying to find tasty alternatives that don't end up nearly as expensive.

Hope everyone has been doing well! I've been reading, but not posting - sorry for being a voyeur! Just don't have much that I'll post.
