So, I'm back in Aiken right now, staying with my sister and the rest of the clan. I got back around 2:30 Saturday by bus, and then I spent Saturday night in Greenwood visiting my cousin Toni. She's going to have her baby any day now (she's ready to pop), so I was pretty much rubbing her belly and making the baby move around. I bought some more yarn (I've been on a knitting kick lately), and have been readjusting so far. Before I left Florida, I talked to Converse about my student status, and now I guess this week is about 1) finding a job to save up money for school and 2) deciding whether or to give Converse a second chance--odds are looking pretty grim.
I'm glad that I'm closer to so many people again, and I am definitely going to be making visits.
Now, back to the knitting; I am trying to make a bunch of stuff that I can give to family and friends as gifts and/or sell for a profit so that I can then turn around and fund more knitting projects, along with other things. I've been making a lot of baby stuff lately--booties, hats, etc.--as well as hats, and scarves. When I take some pictures and get them put up somewhere. I'll let you guys know.
